Learning Objectives

The goal of this workshop is for participants to be introduced to different models and tools for action planning. At the end of the workshop, participants will gain specific skills including:

  • Understanding community readiness for change

  • Helping groups plan and take action in alignment with their values

  • Referring to community action planning models and tools for their own use, including:              

  • Reverse Vision

  • Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT Analysis)

  • Collective Impact

Presenter

Natalie started her career as a clinical social worker and moved into macro following the Columbine School shooting. Currently, Natalie works with local and National Foundations, coalitions and Associations to support community-led change. The experience Natalie brings to training sessions includes:
